FT Human Resource Manager

Overall Responsibilities: Responsible for managing all Human Resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training and development.

Minimum Requirements: Associates Degree and one (l) year working experience in Human Resources or High School Diploma/GED, plus secondary academic training (ie. HR Certification) and three (3) years working experience in Human Resources, Valid Indiana Drivers License, subject to random drug testing.

FT Program Instructor

A professional individual needed for an instructor position at a growing not-for-profit. Responsible for daily paperwork and supervising individuals with disabilities. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills needed. High School diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years experience working in a rehabilitation facility or other related human/social services field. Must have Valid Indiana Driver’s License.  No nights or weekends, generous and affordable benefits package.
