“Thank you for the safe, reliable transportation that you and others at HCE provide for individuals with disabilities, people such as my daughter.
Through Janus, my daughter has been employed as a cashier at Goodwill for more than two years. I had been able to drive her to and from work for most of that time. However, two months ago I took on a new job and was no longer able to provide this transportation.
We were told my daughter would be able to use HCE to get her to and from work, if this service was needed. That service has turned out well for us and I wanted to let you know.
It is reassuring to know that my daughter always has a safe, pleasant, reliable ride to and from work. Both she and I are extremely happy with the experience, from the ease of scheduling to the timeliness and courtesy of the drivers.
